Micado partner with organisations of all sizes and industries across New Zealand and are dedicated to help clients transform their digital business by making better use of their data and introduce automation across their day-to-day operations. There is always opportunity to learn, develop and share your knowledge in the Consulting Service Line. As a valued member of Micado’s Salesforce Consulting team, you will specialise in implementing Salesforce solutions across a variety of enterprise clients across New Zealand.
About you
-
At least 5 years’ experience as a Salesforce Consultant with experience delivering full lifecycle projects across with a diverse range of clients/industries

Experience configuring and designing customised solutions within Salesforce Cloud suite of products – Marketing, Sales, Service and Analytics

Business Analysis skills with an eye for detail to translate complex problems into tangible value and functional/technical documentation
-
Using Service Design skills to help enable customers to think beyond their current environment, focusing on Customer Experience, to draw out requirements and build effective functional solutions

Excellent presentation skills with an open communication style which fosters inclusion and trust with stakeholders internally and externally

Ability to work in cross functional on and offshore teams to help deliver a single vision focused on client satisfaction
Qualifications

Bachelor degree or higher

At least 3 relevant functional or technical Salesforce certifications
