Yesterday, Hans Arz represented Micado as a speaker on the guest panel at the first-ever Salesforce Einstein Campfire event in Auckland. A great turnout and an engaged crowd indicated just how relevant the discussion and need for an intelligent customer 360° view is to help companies find ways to create better customer experiences and proactively serve their customer needs.
