I had the pleasure to speak about ‘THE AGE OF THE CUSTOMER AND ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE’.

No doubt, the Age of the Customer has transformed expectations - being able to extract relevant communications information in real-time and cross-reference it with contextually relevant insights is key. In this talk, I explored how customers have changed their behaviour and values. I shared my views on how AI and real-time analytics combined with new technologies will transform the future of the Sales Profession and Customer Experience and provided a 5-step approach to addressing this eminent challenge.

The session was rounded up by sharing Spark’s success story of creating customer insights using Salesforce’s AI solution - Einstein Analytics. It was rewarding to do a live demonstration of the Customer Analytics App I was privileged to build and implement at Spark.
